Our programs are quite comprehensive and we strive to make them detailed enough for you to understand exactly what is expected of you during a workout, as well as, the expected outcome both long term and short term. We are focused on teaching your body to adapt, as well as, teaching your mind the "why" of what we expect. There may be times when you want additional one on one attention to get a better understanding of this focus.
Other reasons you may want a detailed one on one consult might include; a personal workout with your coach to get feedback on some aspect of your training, nutritional consultation, travel information, cycling and equipment maintenance etc.

Swim Workouts only

The typical triathlete swims 3-4 times per week. We have an incredible library of workouts to keep you from getting bored in the pool. This is a must for anyone who is forced to swim alone. Makes a great gift. You will receive 15 workouts, that is about 5 weeks of swimming.
